Ductable AC, is a different form of Split AC, where indoor unit or IDU unit is designed in such a way that, it can be fitted in the ceiling and concealed from interiors. Only grills are visible in the room, which can be placed as per interiors. The video shows sample installations using Daikin Air conditioners.
The HVAC installation with ducted unit is designed in such a way, that Cold air comes out of Grill and Warm air is feb back into the Grills. The distribution of cold air is also designed using duct pieces, so that same temperature and humidity levels are felt in every corner of the Airconditioned premises.
The Outdoor Fan is same as in other more popular spilt AC units, and is placed outside.
